hi again.
this week was alot about bikes. on thursday, grandad took my mum up to the shops, and she bought us A TRAILER!!! it is so exciting. mum used to ride her bike with me in a bag on her back, but when we got beau we couldn't do that safely. we couldn't go to the park unless grandma or grandpa took us in the car. the trailer will be so cool. but it was made for babies, not big doggies like us, so mum had to put in a new floor etc.
on friday, mum took us for a walk into the shops area of ashfield with sam to take her bike to be fixed. i was a little scared of all the noise again, but after a while i got heaps better at being a brave little girl. i couldn't get my tail to wag, but it wasn't in between my legs anymore. which was good.
on monday, mum took grandpa's bike up to be fixed. he is doing alot of exercise, and i've noticed that there is a bit less of him. which apparently is a good thing because there is a bit to much of him. later on on monday, mum got a call saying that he bike was fixed. so again she went up to the bike shop. he bike "actually changed gears properly now". gears are i think the things which make funny noises on the big wheels.
on tuesday, mum and grandma went up the the hardware shop to get some things for our trailer. i'm not allowed in the hardware shop because mum says that i mught cut my feet or get squashed by something heavy. mum came home with a big piece of wood about 10 times the size of me, a piece of flat string with a buckle, some funny looking nail things, and a bag with some new 'chizzels' in it.
wednesday was very loud. as soon as it wasn't to early, mum started making alot of noise in the backyard. she was hitting the chizzels into the big piece of wood until it made some rectangles in it. and she sawed and she chizzeled, until... she had made a new floor. it fitted perfectly. the rectangles arn't finished yet though. they need to be a little bit bigger.
mum also has to fiz the fence at the front or the house, because my brother keeps trying to go running when he is not allowed to. i bark at him and tell him not to, but he does it anyway. sometimes i wonder if boys actually have brains at all.
anyway, i have to go because mum isn't making noise anymore and needs a good snuggle.
see ya.
